#CAO DENTAL PROCESS
Producing a digital prosthesis is different from producing a traditional prosthesis. A digital workflow, either internalized in the laboratory or outsourced to a production center, takes shape to enable the design and manufacture of a custom-made dental prosthesis.
Key steps and processing times

The dental CAD workflow :
Once the patient's impression has been taken digitally or by physical impression at the practitioner's.
This is then sent to Dent All Group (production center), where the digital prosthesis is produced via computer-aided design (CAD).
Finally, once the design has been validated by the laboratory, the dental CAD production is then sent to manufacturing with parameters appropriate to our machines, using highly technological processes such as machining, 3D printing or laser sintering.
The dental CAD production is then sent to the laboratory for finishing and delivery to the practitioner.
Customers send their design files before noon
Our teams receive the files and analyze them to begin the design process.
Our designers work on the design of the dental prosthesis, taking into account the customer's specifications.
Customers can validate the proposed design before production begins, if they wish.
Once the design has been validated, production is launched.
Design production launch
Dentures are inspected first
Dentures are shipped
Receipt before 10H
Depending on the type of prosthesis, process, finish and material required, lead times can be longer or shorter. 86% of our dental prostheses are delivered within J+1 (production only) and J+2 (CAD + production).
