How does it work?

From the moment we receive your STL files or dental impression, our experienced team designs the removable partial denture in accordance with your clinical information and personal preferences.

Step 1: Dent All Group digitizes the model or receives digital impressions directly.
Step 2: We design the dental appliances using dental CAD software.
Step 3: We manufacture your partial dentures using laser sintering (Metal 3D printing).
Step 4: Finishing and shipping

Available options

Raw finishing RPD :

The advantage of the "raw" finishing is that delivery is very quick. Then it's up to you! All you have to do is remove the supports and carry out the surfacing work.

Polished partial dentures :

To save time in your laboratory, we offer on our partial denture a "polished" finishing. A turnkey option requiring an additional 24 hours.

The advantages of selective laser sintering (SLS)?

Laser-sintered partial dentures are highly accurate, guaranteeing a perfectly fitting prosthesis. Laser-sintered partial dentures are more resistant to material fatigue. No need to reactivate clasps!
