• 3D printing We print the frame base in a flexible, biocompatible material specially designed for flexible frames. Dent All Group's expertise lies in the orientation and support of the part, a vital step in ensuring the precise construction of each alveolus that will house the teeth.
• Milling / Machining The teeth are then milled from a final block of PMMA. This tough, aesthetically degraded material guarantees a strong, translucent and aesthetically perfect prosthesis. Machining is extremely precise, ensuring a perfect fit of the prosthesis in the base.
