To ensure a perfect fit and optimize the aesthetics of the appliance, a simulation of the Stellite is carried out on a model.

Validation and precision manufacturing

Validation by an experienced dental technician is a crucial step in ensuring the quality of the design. Once the design is approved, the frame is manufactured using our state-of-the-art Chrome Cobalt laser sintering technology. These steps, combined with the reliability of our 3Shape software, guarantee an extremely accurate and comfortable frame for the patient.

You have a key role to play in specifying certain details in your order form, including the choice of material (Titanium, Chrome Cobalt, Peek, Acetal, depending on durability and degree of biocompatibility required) and the choice of manufacturing technology (milling or laser sintering).
